License Agreement for Photography with Resale Rights
1.Granting of Rights
The Seller, MH Infinity, s.r.o., as the IP OWNER (Intellectual Property Owner), hereinafter referred to as the “Seller,” grants the Buyer a permanent, worldwide right to use, modify, publish, and sell this photography product for both commercial and non-commercial purposes.
Note: The Seller, MH Infinity, s.r.o., holds the intellectual property rights to the photos, although it was originally created by Milos Harhaj, the sole owner and representative of the company.
2. Right to Resell
The Buyer has the right to resell, distribute, or offer this photography product as their own without the need for further consent from the Seller. The Seller also retains the right to sell this product to other customers.
3. Modification and Sub-licensing Rights
The Buyer may:
- a) To use the photos for personal purposes.
- b) To resell the photos to third parties as the final product.
- c) To modify the photos to meet their needs and resell it as their own version.
- d) To grant sub-licenses for further resale if desired, provided that such sub-licenses comply with the terms outlined in this agreement.
4. Minimum Price for Resale
The Buyer may not sell an unmodified version of this photography for a price lower than the current price listed on the platform: www.mhinfinity.com
5. Exclusivity and Usage Rights
This license grants the Buyer a non-exclusive right to use and resell the photos. The Seller retains ownership of the intellectual property and may sell or distribute the photos to other customers.
6. Liability
The Seller is not liable for any damages, losses, or claims arising from the use of the photos, including but not limited to any misrepresentation or claims made by third parties.
7. Agreement to Terms
By purchasing this photos, the Buyer confirms that they have read and agree to the terms of this License Agreement, and acknowledge that the photos remains the intellectual property of the Seller.
